Last week Kaz Matsui was sidelined with the worst spring training injury I"d ever heard of. Tom S. told me he saw something on espn about this. This shit is pretty funny. Any time "anal fissure" scrolls across the bottom of sportcenter giggles must be heard nationwide.

Why can't they make something up? Like a pulled glute?
Or at least something not as embarrassing, like herpes or the gout? Anything but anal fissures.
